DIY Book Cloth w/ Kat Cast
Come learn to create your own book cloth in this beginner-friendly workshop!
Participants will be guided by book artist Kat Castaneda through how to transform ordinary fabric into durable book cloth, great for bookbinding, journals, boxes, and other creative projects. Participants will leave with 2-3 sheets of handmade book cloth and the knowledge of how to recreate book cloth at home. Materials are provided, but we encourage participants to bring their own medium-weight, natural fiber cloth to work with.
